FREE UK Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) – When you spend £45 or over.
UK Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) – £4.95
UK Next Day – £5.95
Monday – Friday, orders placed before 15:00 will arrive in 1 working day.
Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, with estimated delivery of 1 working day from despatch. We will send your order using either Royal Mail Next Day service or Hermes Next Day service (depending on parcel size).
Non UK Delivery – We currently operate a DAP (delivered at place) service and so please note, you (the buyer) may be liable for additional import duties, local taxes & VAT on receipt of item/s.
Standard European Delivery – £9.95
14 – 30 working days, tracked and signed for.
Express European Delivery – £25.95
2 – 4 working days, tracked via FedEx
Standard Rest of World – £19.95
20 – 30 working days, tracked and signed for.
Express Rest of World – £27.95
2 – 5 working days, tracked via FedEx
M&G will accept returns or exchanges of merchandise with the original receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. This is on the assumption the purchase was made on non-sale, full priced items. Purchases made on sale items will only be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. This will be on an exchange or credit only and not for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, un-damaged packaging.
To complete your return, we require your original order or another proof of purchase. Email this to: email@example.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you ordered the incorrect size we will send out a replacement free of charge once the original has been received back to our warehouse.
We will also replace items if they are defective or damaged.
