Our Story
Masson & Green offers an alternative to the ever increasing mass market clothing brands.
Quality and sustainability are at the forefront of the company’s ethos, while still offering a unique collection that is both fashionable and desirable.
We strongly believe in the UK’s textile heritage and our name is partly derived from the Industrial Revolution that began in the 18th century. Masson Mill based in Cromford, Derbyshire, manufactured quality cotton from the late 1700’s for over 200 years and was pioneered by Sir Richard Arkwright.
Even with those days long behind us, we still acknowledge how this shaped the textile industry and explains the company logo, which relates to the Greyhound Hotel, Cromford.
Now in the 21st century we want to take that pioneering enthusiasm and create a UK brand that remembers its heritage, while being at the forefront of a dynamic, ever changing, fashion industry. Using only the best organic and recycled raw materials, M&G are shaping the way of men’s fashion.
We are Masson & Green. Born in England. Made for Life.
